Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and support decision making for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize data from various sources, including project reports, financial records, and other relevant documents

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to track and analyze key performance indicators

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data insights to different stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide recommendations for improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a construction or related industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets

- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

- Experience with SQL and database management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of construction industry and terminology is a plus
