Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights

Develop and maintain databases and data systems

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis

Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

Proficient in SQL and Excel, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the construction industry is a plus
