Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including project reports, financial records, and customer feedback
- Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data for easy access and analysis
- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to address them
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance metrics
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a construction or related industry
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction industry terminology and processes is a plus
