We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst at Bausch-White Masonry, LLC, you will play a crucial role in helping us make data-driven decisions and improve our business processes. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Identify patterns and trends in data and provide insights to inform decision-making

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems

- Develop and implement data quality and validation procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques

- Familiarity with construction industry and related data is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and presentation skills
