As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and efficient order entry and processing

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer concerns

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty

- Assist with inventory management and product pricing

- Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
