We're looking for a proactive and driven individual to be a key player in our customer service department. You'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our customers, interacting with them directly and indirectly. Think of yourself as a customer champion, navigating everything from order processing to problem-solving with a smile!
What you'll be doing:
- Order Wizard: You'll be a master of our automated system, efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, providing stock overviews, and finding the best logistics solutions. Think fast, be precise our KPIs and CSIs depend on you!
- Tech Guru: Our customers rely on you for support with our web shop and customer contract portal. You'll be a tech-savvy guide, answering questions via phone and email with patience and enthusiasm.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Got a customer with a challenge? You're on it! You'll tackle support tickets, emails, and calls, logging complaints through our internal CAPA systems and turning frowns upside down.
- Sales Support Superhero: You'll be the first point of contact for sales inquiries, directing them to the right member of our sales team. You're a team player through and through!
- Continuous Improvement Champion: You'll collaborate with our QA/QC team to review processes, identify roadblocks, and help us smash our annual CSI targets. We're always looking to improve, and your input is invaluable!
- Data Dynamo: You'll keep our customer data and records up-to-date and organized in our Salesforce CRM system. Attention to detail is your superpower!
What you'll need:

- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus!) and order processing software.
