Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Project Manager to lead business strategy, digital marketing, user engagement, and media operations platform for agricultural traceability and farmer credentialing.

This role is ideal for a marketing strategist or planner with agency experience who can develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies, awareness campaigns, and growth plans across digital and regional channels. You will serve as a strategist for marketing, user engagement, user growth, and media execution, ensuring strategic alignment between platform goals and on-the-ground results.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Marketing Strategy

  • Lead the development of strategic plans that align platform objectives with user engagement and adoption goals.
  • Translate product features and national policy outcomes into actionable communication, growth, and outreach plans.
  • Define audience segmentation strategies and go-to-market frameworks for different rollout phases and user groups (e.g., farmers, cooperatives, DOA staff).
  • Integrate marketing and operational strategies into a cohesive execution roadmap.

Digital Marketing & Media Execution

  • Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, on-ground, and partner channels.
  • Develop campaign themes, media mix, message frameworks, and channel strategies.
  • Partner with media and creative agencies to manage campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze behavioral data, and recommend improvements for future phases.

Operational Integration

  • Ensure tight alignment between marketing campaigns, product roadmap, and regional user rollout milestones.
  • Coordinate with product, rollout, UX, and change management teams to synchronize messaging, timing, and support materials.
  • Localize campaign assets and timelines to reflect ground-level user behavior and regional context.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Act as the strategic lead between team and external marketing/creative/media partners.
  • Develop high-quality briefs, evaluate creative proposals, and oversee delivery of campaign assets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, updates, and reports for internal leadership and public sector stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, user growth, or business/brand planning, preferably at a leading agency or digital consultancy.
  • Deep understanding of digital media, campaign design, and audience targeting.
  • Strong business and operational strategy mindset, with proven experience integrating marketing into broader execution plans.
  • Track record of working across teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Thai required; professional proficiency in English preferred.
  • Experience in agriculture or regional development programs is a plus.
