Job Summary:
To support the Lead Projects, Systems & Processes by handling repetitive tasks, performing basic system configurations, and managing data entry. The role helps streamline operational activities and ensures consistency of data across various systems.
Responsibility:
- Conduct data entry and ensure data accuracy across business systems (Jira, Confluence, ERP/HRIS, Microsoft 365)
- Assist with basic system setup and configuration under the guidance of the Systems & Processes Lead
- Track and log repetitive tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Prepare routine reports and dashboards summarising key system metrics and data insights
- Maintain documentation of system processes and updates
- Provide first-line support to users for common system queries or issues and coordinate with IT for escalations
- Report directly to the Lead Projects, Systems & Processes and work closely with the project management team
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and enter data accurately
- Liaise with IT and system vendors to resolve system issues and update configurations
- Maintain knowledge of company systems and tools, including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and ERP/HRIS
- Follow best practices for data entry and system configuration to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Share knowledge on basic system usage and data entry with team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with data entry and basic system administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with Confluence or Smartsheet
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools
- Exposure to ERP or HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn
- Reliability and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
