Band of Coders is a dynamic software development firm specializing in building innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a Health Care related system.

About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a robust and scalable Health Care system. You will work with modern JavaScript technologies and cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA and HL7/FHIR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain EHR solutions using Medplum, ensuring security and compliance.
• Build front-end applications using React and React Native.
• Implement back-end services with Node.js and AWS.
• Integrate healthcare standards such as HL7/FHIR and SMART App Launch Framework.
• Develop and maintain secure messaging capabilities using Twilio (SMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare software solutions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security best practices in all development efforts.
• Work with business side to define features and upcoming changes.
• Come up with innovative solutions and present to the leadership.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript full-stack development (React, React Native, Node.js).
• Experience working with AWS for cloud-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with HL7/FHIR and SMART App Launch Framework.
• Experience integrating Twilio for SMS functionality.
• Familiarity with Medplum or willingness to learn and implement it effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare tech or prior work with EHR systems.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and secure data handling.
• Previous experience working with open-source EHR solutions.
