Job Title: Pardot/Salesforce developer 

Location: Remote (Candidates from South America preferred)

About the Role:
Band of Coders is looking for a Developer with expertise in Pardot and Salesforce email templates. This role requires a strong understanding of email development best practices, template customization within Salesforce/Pardot, and ensuring email deliverability and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain email templates within Pardot and Salesforce.
• Ensure email templates are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for deliverability.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across various email clients and devices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement email personalization and automation strategies.
• Stay updated on best practices for email development, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Pardot and Salesforce email templates.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and email development skills.
• Knowledge of email marketing principles, segmentation, and automation.
• Familiarity with email testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid, etc.).
• Understanding of email deliverability, spam filtering, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AMP for email and interactive email elements.
• Familiarity with additional email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
