Baltic Resourcing is collaborating with offshore wind projects in Poland and across Europe and seeks experienced professionals ready to oversee offshore construction.

Expertise needed:
UXO, geotechnical & survey
ROV & trenching, boulder removal
Cable lay
Foundation installation (including jacking & DP operations)
Seabed leveling & scour protection
Noise mitigation & heavy lift operations
Turbine (WTG) installation & OSS commissioning

Ideal candidates:

• Experienced Client Reps and offshore construction specialists
• Masters, Party Chiefs, OCMs with hands-on experience across multiple packages
• Professionals familiar with DP vessels and offshore operations
• Strong English (Polish a plus)
