Job Description:
- Supervise and monitor, with full autonomy, electrical and electronic equipment installed on board
- Monitor and control supervising on-board electrical/electronic equipment according with safety procedures
- Define maintenance work setting priorities and proposing maintenance schedule
- Propose to the Chief Engineer the required quantity of material stock levels, in order to maintain work continuity
- Supervise the carrying out of work activities in compliance to safety procedures and practices
- Ensure the efficiency of the electrical/electronic equipment
- Coordinate the electrical team for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
- Act as focal point for cyber security matters
- Ensure compliance with the cyber security model established by the Company and with the applicable standards, where applicable as per Organization Chart
Experience:
- Previous experience as First Electrician or Chief Electrician onboard Heavy lift and/or Construction vessels.
- Experience with K-Chief and K-POS
- FMEA trail management experience
- Knowledge and skills to operate an Amos maintenance system
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more people
