Mission
- Arrange personnel arrivals and departures in line with the roster defined by Management and assign accommodation.
- Support the administration of personnel on board.
- Liaise with travel and marine agencies regarding personnel logistics and travel arrangements.
- Where required, support the Master/OIM in training and certificate management.
Tasks
- Manage crew changes.
- Update and maintain the personnel roster assigned to the vessel in line with instructions from the offshore management team.
- Plan and record personnel arrivals and departures by helicopter and crew change boats for all companies onboard.
- Verify personnel documentation for pre-embarkation purposes and assist in the preparation of the Crew List.
- Issue badges to new personnel in accordance with ISPS requirements.
- Prepare daily reports on POB, shifts, muster lists, daily meals, helicopter crew lists and look-ahead plans for relevant parties.
- Record personnel attendance/absence (overtime, sickness, holidays, etc.) and hours of work/rest in line with company procedures.
- Manage cash advances within the limits defined by the Master.
- Liaise with Catering regarding room cleaning and meal arrangements.
- Manage personnel lockers onboard.
- Issue requests for hotel accommodation and transportation bookings.
- Coordinate immigration and emigration formalities with the marine agency and the Master/OIM.
- Where required, update the Vessel Training and Certification Matrix and liaise with internal or external training providers and certification departments.
- Act as the focal point for training booking requests and certificate applications in line with vessel management instructions.
