We are currently seeking an experienced Hook Up Superintendent to support offshore construction and hook-up activities on various offshore vessel projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise offshore hook-up activities during project execution.
Manage subcontractors and direct-hire personnel.
Ensure activities are performed in accordance with project schedules, procedures, safety, and quality requirements.
Liaise with Engineering, Planning, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
Monitor work progress and support the resolution of technical and operational issues.
Coordinate vendor and specialist activities offshore.
Manage technical and administrative project documentation.
Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Permit to Work system.
Support planning, material management, and offshore execution readiness activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Offshore Construction as a Hook Up Superintendent.
Strong senior-level experience in offshore Hook-Up activities.
Experience working on offshore vessels and offshore construction projects.
Good command of English.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
