Job Description

  • Ensure Good HSSE practices in all activities.
  • Actively participate in safety drills.
  • Produce procedures and RAMS relevant to site technician tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Offshore Site Manager and other team members to ensure adherence to
  • safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct and record Toolbox Talks and other relevant HSE Documentation.
  • Order Parts / Equipment for each TP and transport to correct area on site.
  • Produce and maintain Offshore Punch item list.
  • Ensure timely close out of open punch items.
  • Short and long term planning of site technician work.
  • Support the packages with tasks, providing technical expertise and guidance when needed.
  • Escorting visitors on site.
  • Provide the MCC (Marine Coordination Centre) with daily transfer requests.
  • Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on progress, challenges, and potential
  • improvements.
  • Diagnose problems involving offshore wind turbine foundation structures and safety equipment.
  • Train other technicians in operations, testing, or other technical procedures.
  • Lead Site technician will also be asked to complete various tasks relating to site technician work at any time.
  • Review documentation and provide any relevant comments.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of documented experience in construction, preferably offshore activities in large
  • scale wind farm projects, including recommended 1 to 2 years of documented team leadership experience.
  • Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams with strong communication abilities.
  • Good English skills both writing and verbal.
  • Skilled IT user, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
  • Full GWO certification and Offshore Medical.
