IN-Country Base Manager

Requirements:

• ️Experience in logistics, offshore operations, or vessel mobilizations.
• Familiarity with managing base operations and storage yards.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage equipment inventories and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Fluent English is required; Portugues would be appreciated; French is a Plus.

Tasks:

• Participate to vessels mobilizations and de-mobilizations in-country.
• Assist at quayside/storage yards and onboard vessels during mobilizations and demobilisation of the vessels or equipment in port.
• Liaise with local subcontractors to ensure work is undertaken as per procedures and in line with good safety practice.
• Liaise on a daily basis with the Ops Manager and the Logistic Manager for preparing and sending cargo offshore and/or receipt in port of cargo.
• Ensure that an inventory of equipment in-country in port and in storage yards is properly maintained.
