About the job Supply Chain Business Analyst / Onshore
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data, including inventory, demand forecasts, and supplier performance.
- Generate reports highlighting non-compliance with SLAs, policies, and terms of agreement.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders via presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with internal IT for creating dashboards to visualize KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Supply Chain certifications like CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, CPSM, SCPro.
Experience:
- 8-10 years in roles such as supply chain analyst or procurement specialist.
- SAP SCM module training/certification preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes in Oil & Gas and Transportation/Logistics.
- GCC experience preferred.
Job Specific Skills:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP SCM modules: MM, SD, PP, WM, LE, APO.
- Exposure to SAP Logistics module.
- Business process analysis and mapping abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
