Mission
Perform technical tasks assigned by the Project Specialist Leader, related with design, verification or study activities
Interface with other Project Specialists and Designers
Co-ordinate technical activities performed inside or outside the Company
Tasks
A-Development Technology know how and Commercial support
Provide technical support
B-Feasibility
Provide technical support
C-Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development
Review/clarification/qualifications of Tender technical documents
Define list of activities and deliverables, coordinate activities in accordance with Project schedule
Identify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted
Implement the bidding methodologies, the design criteria and guidelines
Assist proposal team with request for quotation for commercial purpose
Coordinate material quantities estimation
Assist PSL in preparing engineering manhours and items and material costs estimations
Discuss with client / attend to clarification meetings
D-Project Execution (Job progress and completion)
Review Client's technical documentation and requirements.
Maintain project technical files
Control of subcontracted architectural engineering documents inside or outside Company group.
Set up and executes assigned engineering activities such as detail design, verification and studies relevant to any engineering topic associated to Discipline, pursuing objectives of sound engineering and design optimisation in term of costs, fabrication simplicity and safety
Prepare design specifications for architectural works for buildings and cooperates in preparing design specificationa for civil works relevant to buildings
Develop functional layout of buildings
Prepare material spec.'s and architectural design for buildings
Support TM/PSL in technical interface with Client
Prepare MTOs and BOQs
