Strategically coordinate HSE training and LiHS activities from a corporate perspective to guarantee continuous improvement across the organisation
Ensure the implementation of the HSE Competence, Training and Awareness Standard Procedure within the entire organisation
Manage the design, planning and execution of HSE training courses and Safety Leadership programmes through multiple training methodologies, tools and strategies
Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery to ensure continuous improvement
Implement HSE initiatives, campaigns, and associated tools through robust communication strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and dissemination
Influence Management to support the adoption and dissemination of the LiHS philosophy and application of their personal and organisational LiHS responsibilities to ensure the sustained growth of the organisational safety culture
