Crane Mechanic Supervisor

Instructs, directs, and supervises the activities of inspection, troubleshooting, repair and overall of mobile, crawler, tower and overhead cranes, such as Liebherr, Manitowoc, Kobelco, Locatelli, Terex, Grove, ect.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Instructs, directs, and supervises maintenance, repair and overall activities of multi-brand lifting equipment.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling skills in multi-brand lifting equipment.
    • Diagnose problems by inspecting the lifting equipment
    • Good knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic system
    • Basic knowledge of electrical system
    • Estimate the cost of repairs, order parts, and track crane maintenance by writing technical reports.
    • Provides servicing and repairing report
    • Read and understand operating manuals, and technical drawings
    • Liaise with crane manufacturers on problems in order to achieve an efficient repair
    • Meets all company safety standard
  • Knowledge Skills & Experience
    • Educated university mechanical degree level or equivalent.
    • A good understanding of property maintenance, methodologies and processes.
    • A good communicator, with a track record of well-organized methodical work patterns.
    • Able to work autonomously and react quickly in high pressured situations.

    • Self‐starter with the personal drive and motivation to proactively identify issues, progress activities and deliver solutions.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to give clear and precise instruction to third parties.
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication at all levels is vital to this role
    • Strong, rationale thinking with a challenging, questioning mind that can view issues as a whole as well as drill down into the final detail.
    • Ability to work as a team member to deliver objectives on time against tight time pressures.
