HSE Advisors

Baltic Resourcing is looking for HSE Advisors to join inspection and support team for upcoming Offshore Wind Projects located within Baltic Sea.

Projects start:  2024

HSE Advisor role will be to support our clients during different offshore wind projects phases both on shore and offshore, starting with client HSE requirements implementation to day-to-day HSE project management, as well as support marine coordination in HSE project management.

From candidates we require:

Extensive safety experience in offshore construction operations, with good knowledge of regulations and standards associated with marine and offshore construction activities

NEBOSH or equivalent qualification in Occupational Safety or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through experience.

Good knowledge and understanding of risk assessment and application to the offshore sector.

Experienced with Simultaneous Operation and Permit to Work management for multi operation projects.
