Mission:

  • As part of the project, you will be responsible for developing specifications related to the definition of equipment such as: PA/GA, Telephone, Data network, VSAT, Inmarsat, Radio communication systems (UHF, VHF FM, MF/HF, GMDSS, VHF AM, NDB, point to point, point to multipoint, etc.), Navigation system (Radar, Racon, AIS, Gyro, DGPS), CCTV, Security (Intrusion, Antipiracy, SSAS), Access control, Personnel on Board system, Berthing aid, Ship to Shore Link, Meteorological and Entertainment system;
  • In charge of monitoring the development of activities related to the installation of this equipment; using the AVEVA E3D tool;
  • Production of technical premises plans for this equipment;
  • Development of MTO/BOQ with associated weights;
  • Development of cable lists;
  • You will be in charge of your multidisciplinary interfaces within the project (e.g.: instrumentation, electricity, etc.) or which may be multi-site;
  • In charge of monitoring Vendors or Integrators for Telecom lots, and ensuring their FATs until delivery;
  • Support for construction, pre-commissioning and start-up activities;
  • You will participate in the development or improvement of standards related to the Telecom part;
  • You will develop the progress on the development of the 3D model for Telecom portions;
  • Participation in model reviews.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree or relevant technical education.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Telecom engineering and system design, including FEED phases.
  • Offshore experience required.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of Naviswork and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Systematic, accurate, and committed to quality and deadlines.
