Qualifications:
- Reecommended 3 to 5 years of documented experience in construction, preferable Offshore activities in large scale wind farm projects, including recommended 1 to 2 years of documented team leadership experience
- Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities
- Good English skills both writing and verbal
- Ensure good HSSE practices in all activities.
- Interface with contractors and other working in the project and specifically in the offshore construction site

Major Tasks:
- Ensure good HSSE practices in all activities.
- Input to daily planning meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being planned and executed according to the overall project execution plan.

- Perform routine maintenance on offshore wind turbine foundation equipment,
- Diagnose problems involving offshore wind turbine foundation structures and safety equipment.
- Climb wind turbine foundations to inspect, maintain, or repair equipment
- Climb equipment or structures to access work areas.
- Test electrical components of offshore wind turbine foundation systems with devices such as voltage testers, multimeters, torque wrenches.
- Inspect and test electrical circuits or components for offshore navigation has proper functioning.
- Inspect and clean offshore wind turbine foundations
- Troubleshoot or repair mechanical or electrical malfunctions related to Davit crane (manual operation), or related components.
- Maintain tool and spare parts inventories required for repair, installation, or replacement services.
- Maintain inventories of materials, equipment, or products.
- Maintain work equipment or machinery.
- Train other technicians in operations, testing, or other technical procedures.
- Assemble structural components.
- Refueling of generators offshore

- Daily team manager
- Daily work planning
- Reporting to Construction Team Management
- Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Reporting of deficiencies and defects on equipment.
- High quality execution of work tasks
- Communicating with persons and inside BLP outside organization
- Participate in toolbox talks ahead of all work
