Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor (Aramco Approved)

Location: Onshore/Offshore Middle East

Type: Contract / Rotational Assignment

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor with a solid background in oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, or related sectors. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supervising construction quality activities and be Aramco approved, having successfully passed CBT (Computer Based Testing).

This role will support the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) implementation and ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards across all construction phases.

Qualifications:

• University degree (or equivalent) with minimum 7 years of inspection experience
  OR
  High school diploma with minimum 10 years of inspection experience

• At least 3 years of direct experience supervising construction quality activities in oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, or related projects

• Aramco-approved with valid CBT certification

• Solid understanding of QA/QC principles, standards, and practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PQM/QCM in defining the Project Quality Control System and developing quality plans and procedures

• Allocate QC functions and supervise assigned QC personnel across project areas

• Review and verify Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure full compliance

• Monitor test, inspection, and control activities ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and storage of materials and equipment

• Verify that all quality checks and tests are executed according to project specifications and procedures

• Ensure contractors adhere to all applicable QC processes and documentation standards

• Interface with internal teams, clients, and third-party inspection authorities regarding QC matters

• Lead the training of site personnel in quality control topics and systems

• Monitor and manage non-conformity reports, corrective actions, and follow-up procedures

• Oversee the preparation of final QC dossiers for mechanical completion and project closeout

• Collect and analyze QC data for inclusion in project quality reporting and reviews

• Support the PQM/QCM in lessons learned documentation and reporting

• Ensure QC records are properly maintained and accessible for audits and project reviews
