Objective:

Management of marine operations related to the Employers scope and coordination and alignment of overall project marine operations with the involved Contractors

Qualifications:

  • Recommended 3 to 5 years of documented experience within construction management, preferable Offshore activities in large scale wind farm projects, including recommended 2 to 3 years of documented leadership experience
  •  Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities)
  •  Strong English & Polish skills both writing and verbal




Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Vessel compliance with project
    requirements.
  • Ensure timely Vessel Inspections for all project
  • vessels.
  • Manage the setup of the harbour free issued to
    the Contractors.
  • Supporting the Construction management and
    management team with harbour related issues.
  •   Main point of contact to vessel inspectors.
  •   Main point of contact from Construction Team to Polish Authorities related to the offshore and port operations
  •  Support signing of Polish port land lease contracts

Major Tasks

  • Ensure good HSSE practices in all activities
  • Manage BLP Fleet operations and follow ups with Contractors.
  • Manager and coordinate Guard Vessel operations.
  • Alignment with port authority & maintenance of free issue construction ports ( Repair of jack-up seabed area etc.)
  • Coordinate Leba Construction Port operations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Input to daily planning meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being planned
    and executed according to the overall project execution plan.
  • Follow up on vessel inspection and ensuring timely close-out of findings prior to operation start on site.
  • Coordination with local port authorities (Harbour Masters Office) and VTS.
  • Alignment of offshore HSSE activities with the BLP HSSE Team.
  • Coordination with local port authorities and VTS.
  • Coordination with local port authorities in relation to repairs and maintenance at WTG preassembly port
  • Overall daily management of MCC setup.
