Objective,

Ensure good HSSE practices in all activities / Daily alignment and coordination with Construction/Installation Managers from Packages / Daily management of BLP T&I Construction facility
operations /Client Rep. Coordinator /Management of project offshore communication systems (Insure operations) /Planning, management, and report on Offshore Technician operations
Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being planned and executed according to the overall project execution plan.



Job Qualifications:

  • Recommended 3 to 5 years of documented experience within construction management, preferable Offshore activities in large scale wind farm projects, including recommended 2 to 3 years of  documented leadership experience
  • Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities)
  • Good English skills both writing and verbal



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project compliance with statutory, cooperate & project policies, rules & regulations.
  • Ensuring project procedures and manuals are kept updated.
  • Safe planning, coordination and execution of offshore installation, marine and personnel logistics activities.
  • Implementation of and ensuring adherence of work authorisation, custody and handover procedures.
  • Asset management/maintenance from package handover to construction, until final handover to O&M.
  • Implementation of OMS (Offshore Management System)
  • Scope definition and management of Harbour supervisor, Site technicians, Site admin and Marine Coordination Center staff.
  • Manage Consolidated punch list and ensure close-out by contractors.

Major Tasks:

  • Manage the planning and coordination of construction and marine activities.
  • Chair the daily planning meeting and resolve any conflict of interest.
  • Manage interfaces between packages and chair weekly Progress & Interface meeting.
  • Manage Work Authorisation process & Internal Handover Procedure.
  • Manage and allocate Custody between Construction and Packages.
  • Manage Marine Coordination Center staff and performance.
  • Management of, support to and development of Harbour Supervisor, Site Technicians, Site Admins and other resources in team.
  • Manage maintenance of BoP in interim period from Package handover to Construction, until final handover to O&M.
  • Provide input to and prepare documentation for tenders related to construction contracts.
  • Take part in duty rotation for emergency response.
  • Prepare documentation for offshore execution phase.
  • Prepare and participate in kick-off meetings with Contractors for site management on-boarding and introduction to Offshore Management System.
  • Monthly meetings with Construction Package Contractors.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and as applicable Job Safety Analysis.
  • Promote and lead good HSSE practices in all activities.
  • Daily management of T&I Construction facilities.
  • Client Rep. Coordinator.
  • Management of project OWF communication systems, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance.
  • Provide input for progress reporting.
