Objective:

Yard/Port and PPE management



Qualifications:

• Relevant transferable education and skills sufficient to perform the Project Tasks
• Good IT skills especially MS Office suite, technical experience 
• Good interpersonal skills and strong organiser



Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the BLP yard setup in the Port of leba
• Coordinate the PPE, lifting equipment and tool storage 
• Manage the issue of return of equipment to internal personal and external contractors.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and certification of equipment

Major Tasks:

• Welcome visitors, helping them to utilize the port facilities.
• Maintain yard security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the port facility
• Support the Issue of visitor access cards
• Support the Issue BLP project ID cards
• Informing BLP Team about external visitors in BLP port
• Support with organizing parking spots for employees and guests
• Coordinate and schedule port facility sharing on a daily basis for Leba team / visitors
• Manage and coordinate document control of equipment certification and upload of documents to the document management systems

Key Deliverables:

• Daily coordination of Leba Construction & Commissioning setup
• PPE Management & Coordination
• Coordination of yard/port facilities
