Construction Resource Manager/ Offshore Wind Poland

Objective:

Support the Packages and general project organisation in the handling and efficient utilization of Employers contract resources (Client Rep. Offshore Tec. Etc) General responsibility for
onboarding in the Construction package.

Qualifications

• Recommended 2 to 3 years of documented experience within handling construction management resources, preferable Offshore activities.
• Strong in use of IT systems like the MS package 
• Team player, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities)
• Good English skills both writing and verbal  

Key Responsibilities:

• Allignment with Packages in relation to start and end time for Client Rep. Employment. 
• Allignment with Contractors in relation to start and end time for Client Rep. Employment.
• Ensuring the onboarding of new-starters.
• Responsibility for general onboarding in the Construction Package.
• Develope training plans and materials.

Major Tasks:

• Coordination with Contractor responcible for resource delivery that it is executed in a timely fasion and at the correct location. 
• Approval/verification of timesheets
• Approval/verification of travel expenses
• Verification of travel plans ( suitability off)
• Development of onboarding documents and materials
• Setup and management of onboarding procedures with other project teams
• Verification of correct PPE supplied and used
• Verification of training and health certificates
• Develope intrnal BLP training plans related to the offshore operations including documents, materials and execution of training 
• Training of new personal in DPR/Inspection Tool.

Key Deliverables:

• Budget updates related to Employers contract resources 
• Monthly inputs to CAPEX budget related to Employers contract resources
• Record of onboarding activities
• Documented monthly follow-up with Client Reps 
• Monthly written update on activates and input the monthly project reporting where required by Management
