About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Contracts & Claims Contract Manager specializing in cables to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts and handling claims related to cable projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts related to cable projects from initiation to closure.
• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Handle claims and disputes related to cable projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters to project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the cable industry.
  
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
