What are we looking for?

The Quality Control Coordinator supports the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and coordinates quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, company procedures, and industry standards. The role works closely with the Project Quality Manager (PQM) and Quality Control Manager (QCM) to monitor inspections, manage quality documentation, oversee contractors, and ensure effective execution of Quality Control Plans throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of project Quality Control Plans, procedures, and inspection programs.
- Coordinate and monitor QC inspectors and quality activities across project locations and offshore vessels.
- Ensure inspections, tests, and controls are performed in accordance with approved Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Verify material traceability, storage, preservation, certification, and compliance with project requirements.
- Review and maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and final QC dossiers.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and third parties on quality-related matters and support quality audits and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, welding quality requirements, and NDT inspection procedures.
Other Requirements:
· CSWIP 3.1 or IWI S Certificate
· Magnetic Particle Test (MT) ISO 9712 LEVEL 2 or PCN Level 2 Certificate
· Liquid Penetrate Inspections (LP) ISO 9712 or PCN Level 2 Certificate
· Experience in Offshore Heavy Lifting vessel and Pipeline
