Mission:
Take command of a jack-up rig in full compliance with international conventions, codes, flag state regulations, class rules, local laws, and company requirements.
As Master / OIM, you will:

Ensure the vessel operates safely and efficiently according to the Companys Safety Management System (SMS) and regulatory standards

Serve as the Person Designated for Safety, responsible for implementing and maintaining occupational safety and health programs

Act as Ship Security Officer (SSO) in line with the ISPS Code, applying all relevant security requirements

Act as Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) when required and trained, in accordance with IMO Resolution A.1079(28)
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor company policies for SMS, Health, Safety, Environment, Vessel Security, MLC, and Quality, ensuring all crew members follow them

Ensure all shipboard operations comply with international maritime legislation, as well as local, company, and client directives

Promptly report any deviations, dispensations, accidents, unsafe acts, or conditions to shore-based management, in accordance with SMS procedures

Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence onboard
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience as a Chief Mate or a Master on a jack-up rig
- STCW Certificates STCW II/2
- OIM certification, issued by a Flag administration of the STCW countries in line with IMO Resolution A.1079(28);
- GMDSS General Operator Certificate;
- Ship Security Officer certification
- Basic Jacking and Rig Move Course certificate
