Vessel & Project Equipment Inspectors, Assurance Experts, Warranty Surveyors

Baltic Resourcing is looking for experienced vessel inspectors and project assurance specialists to support fast-growing offshore wind projects in Poland and across Europe.

We are seeking experts with proven offshore vessel experience and strong knowledge of mission-critical equipment, including:

• ROV systems & trenchers,
• Cable lay, burial & tensioners,
• Cranes / heavy lift equipment & lifting operations,
• Turbine (WTG) and foundation (FOU) installation equipment,
• Jacking systems,
• Seabed leveling & scour protection,
• Noise mitigation systems,
• Offshore substation (OSS) installation & commissioning,
• WTG commissioning,
• Mooring, anchoring & DP systems.

We are looking for:

• Vessel Inspectors, Marine Warranty Surveyors, and Project Assurance specialists,
• Professionals with a strong track record in offshore wind or oil & gas projects,
• Experts with knowledge of vessel operations and mission-critical project equipment,
• Fluent English speakers (Polish is an advantage).
