Role Description

Mission

Coordinate the achievement of the plant process and utilities systems completion as defined in the project plans and schedules, in order to hand-over the systems to commissioning Team, coordinating all construction disciplines according to the established time frame and priorities and interfacing with Heads of Departments, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Clients.

Tasks

Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
Set up proper tools to control the progressive completion of construction and pre-commissioning activities
Guide and monitor the field activities in an orderly manner according to commissioning priorities
Plan walkthroughs with Client and disciplines involved, in accordance with systems completion priorities, in order to determine the required actions to be completed to achieve the mechanical completion
Steer coordination meetings in a perspective of an overall optimization, in terms of system completion or alternative solutions to mitigate the inconveniences that might occur
Ensure the gathering and management of completion punch lists, including both yes and no items.
Ensure the preparation of the certificates dossiers required to achieve the mechanical completion, in accordance with contractual provisions

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree

Languages: English Language skills required (and any other specified by Project)

Technical Knowledge: commissioning, Telecom engineer, test.

What else should you know?

Duration: 4 months onshore (could be extended) / 4 months offshore

Rotation: 69 leaves / 6 flights / year

Working days/hours: 12 hours / 6 days
