Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the hotel and hospitality F&B sector (mandatory) 
  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
  • Previous remote working experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and thrive in a growing and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivations, communication skills, and overall suitability.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various functions within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre professionals.

Database & Administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented within the recruitment system.
  • Prepare daily and monthly recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth internal operations.

Employer Branding & Job Advertising

  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and uphold the company's reputation and standards.

Leadership & Team Support

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Support and mentor interns or junior team members when required.
  • Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement of recruitment practices.
