Located in the heart of Bingin, our client is a modern Mediterranean-style luxury villa in Uluwatu, seeking a Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead their digital presence, drive engagement, and expand brand awareness in global markets. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, strong content creation and editing skills, and proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking pixels.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar business (luxury hospitality brand).
- Proven experience in senior-level digital marketing and social media management, preferably within hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with strong knowledge of algorithms, growth strategies, and content optimisation.
- Strong skills in photo/video editing, visual storytelling, and digital branding.
- Demonstrated success in influencer marketing and building strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and implementing pixels for accurate tracking and retargeting.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing EDM campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
- Based in Bali or open to relocation; knowledge of the hospitality and tourism market is an advantage.
- Local / Indonesian citizen only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring optimal use of each platform.
- Create, capture, and edit engaging photo and video content that reflects brand identity and storytelling style.
- Manage and expand influencer partnerships by identifying, liaising, and coordinating with creators to maximise brand exposure.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting strategies with pixels.
- Design and distribute regular EDMs (email newsletters) to engage existing and prospective guests.
- Track and analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimise strategies to maximise ROI.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
