Our client is a beachfront boutique luxury 5* resort located in South Bali, known for its vibrant energy, chic lifestyle, diverse dining destinations, and iconic sunsets. They are currently seeking a dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead and oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in housekeeping leadership within luxury hotels or upscale lifestyle resorts
  • Proven track record in supervisory or managerial roles, leading housekeeping teams effectively
  • Strong knowledge and consistent delivery of 5-star housekeeping standards and service excellence
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring immaculate presentation of guest rooms and public areas
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front and foster strong team collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale operations, including guestrooms, suites, and public spaces
  • Positive, energetic, and service-oriented personality with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house
  • Develop, implement, and maintain 5-star housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures in line with the resort's brand positioning
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a high-performance, service-driven culture
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure consistency and attention to detail
  • Oversee daily operations, including room assignments, scheduling, and productivity management
  • Manage inventory, linen, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies, ensuring cost control and efficient usage
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, and expense control measures
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Implement training programs and SOP refreshers to continuously elevate team performance
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible housekeeping practices
  • Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, and audit results, taking corrective actions where necessary
  • Support pre-opening or renovation projects where applicable, including setup of housekeeping systems and standards
