About the job Sales Manager
Our client, a premier group of restaurants and cafes with multiple outlets in Bali, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. In this role you will be accountable for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance client relationships, increase brand visibility and manage a bakery wholesale system for one of their well-known outlet.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within international Food & Beverage brands or the hospitality sector.
- Bali based candidates are preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques and best practices for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Strong proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Pursue new business opportunities, particularly focusing on partnerships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, villas, and retail shops.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain brand positioning.
- Establish a structured wholesale system and coordinate with production to ensure efficient operations.
- Support expansion efforts and create tailored sales approaches for each flagship location.
- Work closely with leaders to develop city-specific sales plans and establish relationships with key industry players in targeted regions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Oversee existing accounts to increase product presence, improve distribution efficiency, and enhance overall client experience.
- Manage a sales pipeline, monitor progress, and provide detailed reports on sales activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, seasonal launches, and events to maximize brand impact and sales outcomes.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure product quality, availability, and efficient distribution.
- Participate in sales forecasting and budget planning to align sales goals with overall company financial objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, preparing detailed reports on revenue, client feedback, and market insights.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, providing feedback on product positioning and pricing strategies to adjust for market demands.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify
