Our client, an eco-luxury wellness resort in Bali, is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead their brand and marketing initiatives.

An ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in branding, digital marketing, and content strategy, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Open to Indonesian citizens only.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and luxury hospitality.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and positioning in both domestic and international markets.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing content that reflects the resorts eco-luxury and wellness values.
  • Manage brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and PR campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Wellness, F&B) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with hospitality, sustainability, and wellness market trends to drive innovation and relevance.
  • Manage budgets and external marketing vendors or agencies as needed.
