About the job Marketing Manager
Our client, an eco-luxury wellness resort in Bali, is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead their brand and marketing initiatives.
An ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in branding, digital marketing, and content strategy, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Open to Indonesian citizens only.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry.

Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Passion for wellness, sustainability, and luxury hospitality.

Creative thinker with strong project management and leadership skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and positioning in both domestic and international markets.

Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.

Create compelling marketing content that reflects the resorts eco-luxury and wellness values.

Manage brand consistency across all platforms and communications.

Plan and coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and PR campaigns.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Wellness, F&B) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Stay up to date with hospitality, sustainability, and wellness market trends to drive innovation and relevance.

Manage budgets and external marketing vendors or agencies as needed.
