Our client, an international café known for fresh, healthy meals made from organic and locally sourced produce, seeks a Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and handle financial activities to drive the business growth.

Requirements:

  • Open for both local and expat talents.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a restaurant manager with a well-established restaurant brand in Bali.
  • Progressive experience in a similar leadership role for wellness brands or well-established F&B brands.
  • Bali-based candidates are preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices is a plus.
  • A commitment to health and sustainability is vital, as our clientele values wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams (servers, cooks, kitchen staff, etc.).
  • Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new employees.
  • Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Resolve conflicts or performance issues within the team.
  • Ensure that all guests receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with the head chef or kitchen staff to develop and update the menu.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Monitor online reviews and social media to address feedback and promote positive image.
