Our client, a pre-opening international restaurant in Uluwatu specialising in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager (Expatriate) to work alongside the Restaurant Manager to manage the restaurant operation and deliver exceptional hospitality and build lasting relationships with guests from around the world.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relations or front-of-house leadership within upscale or internationally renowned dining establishments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of hospitality.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed, approachable, and confident in a guest-facing role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
- Experience in a pre-opening restaurant environment is preferred.
- Work experience in Bali or Indonesia is essential.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests to ensure a warm, welcoming, and personalised dining experience.
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and regular patrons.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to coordinate smooth service.
- Maintain a presence on the floor during service hours to support the team and interact with guests.
- Assist with reservations, seating arrangements, and guest preferences tracking.
- Support the pre-opening process by helping develop guest service standards and SOPS.
- Promote the restaurant's brand through outstanding service and guest engagement.
