Our client, a well-known healthy lifestyle brand with the aim to create a healthy and elevated product, look and feel for people to enjoy is actively seeking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

As a Marketing Manager, your role is crucial to develop and execute campaigns, creative concepts, and activations to generate brand awareness across multiple channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Open for both local and expatriate candidates.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager preferably from a lifestyle food & beverage brand in Bali. 
  • Proficiency in marketing campaigns and activation, both offline and online.
  • Experience managing a creative team of videographers, social media and digital marketing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • A flair for creativity with an understanding of current market trends, consumer behaviour, and lifestyle brand positioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse marketing metrics, track performance, and optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Create and implement innovative creative concepts and brand activations that align with the brands identity and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, including strategy development, content creation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to maximise brand exposure.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and activations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
