Hair Stylist

Our client is an award-winning 5* luxury resort, recognized globally as a hospitality leader. As a Resident Hair Stylist, you are responsible for delivering professional and proactive hair styling and hair-cutting services to guests in line with the brand standards, whilst maintaining excellent five-star client care and operational standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a hairstylist.
• Diploma or license as a hair stylist or barber from a reputable institution.
• Highly specialised in different hair styling and cutting with adaptability to adapt to guest style requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of different hair care products, treatments, and their benefits.
• Knowledge in shampooing and delivering hair and scalp treatments.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience working with high end and international clients. 
• Able to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel on single status.
• Flexible, innovative and adaptability to work in a remote location.
• Russian speaking candidate would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services in accordance with brand standards and guest preferences.
• Deliver exceptional five-star client care by ensuring personalized consultations and high levels of service throughout the guest journey.
• Recommend appropriate hair care treatments and products tailored to individual guest needs.
• Perform shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments with expert technique and care.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized salon environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the use of high-quality hair care products and tools, while managing inventory responsibly.
• Stay updated with the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance guest experience.
• Build rapport with international clientele, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse styling requests.
• Collaborate with the resorts spa and wellness team to support holistic guest experiences.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to the resorts reputation as a global leader in luxury hospitality.
