Our client is a modern short-term villa rental business located in the heart of Padang Linjong, Canggu. With a focus on delivering a warm and personalized guest experience, they manage a collection of boutique villas designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection.

They are currently looking for a Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest interactions, coordinate day-to-day operations, and support the owner by taking on operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a friendly, proactive personality who thrives in a flexible, guest-facing environment and is passionate about creating memorable stays.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within villa or hospitality operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Warm, friendly, and approachable personality with professional presence.
  • Must own personal transportation and live within a 10-15 minute commute to Padang Linjong, Canggu.
  • Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements and available throughout the day (no fixed office).
  • Highly reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a guest-first mindset.
  • Open to experienced villa managers or villa coordinators.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all guest check-ins and check-outs in person (approx. 12-16 groups per month).
  • Maintain consistent communication and guest support via WhatsApp throughout their stay.
  • Visit guests for follow-up after check-in to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle light personal assistant duties such as running small errands, assisting with the owner's schedule, and light supervision of villa maintenance.
  • Create WhatsApp groups for each guest and provide recommendations (e.g., website links, activities, etc.).
  • Ensure a consistent and memorable 5-star guest experience aligned with the villa brand.
  • Be available during working hours (hybrid arrangement); after 6 PM is considered off-time unless emergency support is needed.
