Our client is a lifestyle-focused smoothie brand, focusing on HoReCa wholesale and tourism, with outlets in Pererenan and Bingin, broad distribution channels, and an upcoming e-commerce launch targeting the Asian market. They are currently looking for an Operations and Purchasing Manager.
This position will be responsible for overseeing purchasing operations to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement while coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining cross-department communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchasing or operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, operations, administrative and inventory control.
- Proficiency in purchasing system and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experienced in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's purchasing operations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, supplies, and services.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Manage inventory levels to meet operational demands.
- Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Maintain effective communication across departments to align purchasing with company needs.
