Our client is a lifestyle-focused smoothie brand, focusing on HoReCa wholesale and tourism, with outlets in Pererenan and Bingin, broad distribution channels, and an upcoming e-commerce launch targeting the Asian market. They are currently looking for an Operations and Purchasing Manager.

This position will be responsible for overseeing purchasing operations to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement while coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining cross-department communication.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in purchasing or operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
    • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, operations, administrative and inventory control.
    • Proficiency in purchasing system and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Experienced in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
