Our client, an ultra-luxurious, modern Mediterranean-style villas known to be the perfect getaway for families and groups for an exceptional experience in both quality and convenience, is actively seeking an experienced Reservation & Revenue Manager to join their pre-opening team in Uluwatu area.

The Reservation and Revenue Manager is responsible for optimising online distribution and maximising revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and performance oversight of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). This position ensures all online listings are accurate, competitive, and aligned with current market trends, while driving occupancy and profitability across all digital booking platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality revenue management, OTA marketing, reservation or online distribution.
  • Proven track record in setting up and managing OTA platforms for hotels and/or villas.
  • Excellent administrative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS (Property Management Systems), RMS (Revenue Management Systems), and channel managers.
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality sales funnel, guest booking behaviour, and OTA algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience working in a small boutique operation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across multiple digital platforms.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Revenue Management

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand, occupancy, seasonality, and market conditions
  • Forecast revenue and occupancy trends on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Monitor booking pace, pickup trends, and lead times to inform pricing and inventory decisions
  • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue through length-of-stay restrictions, blackout dates, and targeted promotions
  • Conduct competitor rate analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive across all distribution channels
  • Prepare and present regular revenue performance reports and dashboards to key stakeholders

OTA Channel & Distribution Management

  • Oversee daily operations of OTA platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and others
  • Ensure all property listings are consistently accurate, with up-to-date rates, availability, descriptions, and imagery
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to launch offers, packages, and seasonal promotions
  • Maintain rate parity and optimize channel health through effective use of channel management systems (e.g., SiteMinder)
  • Respond to guest inquiries and manage guest review responses on OTAs to maintain high ratings and engagement
  • Enhance content, SEO, and promotions to improve listing visibility and conversion rates
  • Monitor OTA commission structures and collaborate with the finance team to assess and manage distribution costs
