In this role, you will work closely and remotely with our team who's going to coach and guide you for the HR career path, especially in the recruitment part.

A Day in Your Life:

Imagine starting your day by advertising job vacancies across various channels from job boards to social media. You'll network with candidates, source fresh talent, and dive into researching industries and professions. As you manage calendars, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring process, you'll be making a real impact, building relationships and growing your specialist network.


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Hospitality graduate
  • 6 months commitment
  • Remote work experience (a plus!)
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to juggle multiple calendars
  • Problem-solving and willing to learn attitude
  • Degree in Hospitality or relevant field
  • Own a laptop with a proper home office setup 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle is good to have
  • Motivation letter in English with a minimum of 500 words outlining your interest in joining Bali Jobs Recruitment

Job Scope (Key Responsibilities) :

  • Advertising job vacancies across multiple channels, including job boards, email marketing, social media and websites.
  • Networking with candidates via phone, email and virtual meetings.
  • Sourcing new talents from our job boards and database.
  • Researching companies, professions and specific sectors.
  • Maintaining and updating the company database through recruitment software.
  • Networking with candidates via phone, email and virtual meetings.
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts that are focused on headhunting.
  • Schedule calls and interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone screens.
  • Send Interview reminders to both candidates and clients.
  • Manage the calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
  • Send out all bulk emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle the paperwork (e.g. offer letters, summary profiles notes, invoices & other admin tasks).
  • Coordinate background checks and obtain references.
  • Participate in candidate interviews with clients.
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
