Reporting to: Director of Sales

Our client, an ultra-luxury resort, recognized globally as a hospitality leader in the wellness industry is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Sales department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. Your key role is to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management or similar field.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Sales Manager or 3 years in a senior sales/marketing role from a luxury 5*resort.
  • Excellent command of English language with ability in Arabic language is a plus.
  • Experience working in a remote location preferred.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments while swiftly adapting to evolving digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies. 
  • Well-versed in current hospitality industry trends such as personalization, AI-driven marketing, and mobile booking systems. 
  • Demonstrates an outgoing personality, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, resilience, creativity, and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing and implementing the sales plan, contracting, and setting sales targets by segment and by client and prospect.
  • Manage advertising, sales, promotions and publicity initiatives, working with the revenue manager for setting rates, and directing the sales and marketing team.
  • Continually focus on revenue generation and profile building based on the brand guidelines. 
  • Responsible for assessing and developing marketing strategies and tactics that will remain relevant and effective.
  • Operate the brand consistent with all legal, statutory and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices and budgetary controls are implemented, reviewed and maintained to ensure the successful operation of the hotel.
