We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Marketing and Brand to join our client, a well-established retailer and manufacturer that offers an extensive range of clothing for men and women.

This position is open for both Expats (with working experience in Indonesia) and Indonesian talents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and PR, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, website management, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with PR agencies, media outlets, and influencer networks is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage content planning, creation, and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to optimize content and engagement.
    • Oversee community management, responding to comments and messages to maintain strong customer relationships.
  2. Digital Marketing

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
    • Analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
    • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic reach and conversions.
    • Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams to drive traffic and revenue growth.
  3. Public Relations & Brand Communication

    • Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
    • Create press releases, media kits, and brand stories to enhance the company's public image.
    • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to increase reach.
    • Handle crisis communication and reputation management when necessary.
  4. Campaign Development & Execution

    • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and seasonal promotions.
    • Work with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
    • Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
  5. Event Management & Brand Activations

    • Organize and oversee marketing events, pop-ups, and sponsorships to boost brand presence.
    • Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives at fashion shows, exhibitions, and retail events.
