Ayurvedic Spa Therapist

Our client, a 5* international luxurious beachfront retreat with a majestic mountain view, is actively seeking a highly driven Ayurvedic Spa Therapist.

As a Ayurvedic Spa Therapist, you are responsible for delivering exceptional Ayurvedic spa treatments, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction through skilled therapy techniques.

Requirements:

• Skills in Ayurvedic Massage.
• Recognized training or certification in Ayurvedic massage, facial, body therapy or other related wellness modalities.
• Certification or diploma in a recognized professional association in massage, beauty therapy or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with guests.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field from a luxury brand or a well-established spa brand.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and holistic wellness practices.
• Attention to detail and professionalism to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to spa protocols.
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness centre environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs.
• Assess clients' needs and preferences to customize treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, including sanitizing equipment and replenishing supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout the treatment.
• Stay informed about current trends and techniques in spa therapy to enhance service offerings.
• Uphold professional standards and adhere to spa policies and procedures.
• Promote spa services and products to clients and recommend appropriate treatments for their needs.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Package details:
- Resort service charge is given every three months
- Annual leave and public holidays based on Mauritius law
