Our client, a 5* luxury beach resort located in the cosmopolitan hub of Bali island that attracts guests seeking both excitement and relaxation, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to join their team.
As a Resort Manager, your role is crucial in overseeing the operations of the resort, ensuring excellent guest experiences by managing staff, maintaining facilities, and coordinating services. Resort Managers also develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Indonesian citizens only.
- Proven experience in luxury property with a strong background in Food & Beverage and managing multi-unit operations.
- Strong ability to lead, train, and manage diverse teams, ensuring consistent quality across all units.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, inventory control, and resource optimization specific to F&B and hospitality.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a focus on hospitality and personalized service.
- Ability to address operational challenges, maintain service standards, and resolve guest issues effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple business units, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and manage staff across all departments, to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets for the resort and individual units.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially within F&B operations.
- Coordinate with department heads to maintain high standards of service and operational consistency.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure they are in excellent condition.
- Analyze operational performance and prepare regular reports for senior management or ownership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating best practices to improve the resort's offerings and competitiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to support efficient operations.
